Simethicone is not absorbed  into the bloodstream and is 

therefore considered relatively safe. National Institutes of 

Health (NIH) reports there are usually no side effects when 

simethicone is taken as directed. Although simethicone has 

also been promoted as a treatment for colic in babies, 

randomised controlled trials have not demonstrated efficacy

for this use despite traditional views on the subject, colic 

does not appear to be caused by gas

How to use

Taken after meals and at bedtime.

The usual dose for adults for flatulence and gases:
40-125 mg orally after meals and at bedtime, so that the daily dose does not exceed 500 mg / 24 hours.
The usual dose for adults for Functional gastrointestinal disorder:
40-125 mg orally after meals and at bedtime, so that the daily dose does not exceed 500 mg / 24 hours.
The usual dose for children:
from birth to less than 2 years: 20 mg oral 4 times a day.
2-12 years: 40 mg oral 4 times a day.
12-18 years: 40-125 mg orally after meals and at bedtime, so that the daily dose does not exceed 500 mg / 24 hours.

Starting the  effect:
After 15-30 minutes of taking the drug.

Duration of action

4-6 hours.

Storage :
You must save the medication in a container sealed in a cool, dry place, away from the reach of children.

Missed dose:
